We generally pre-treat such stains before the main cleaning begins, this makes it a lot easier on our technicians and more possible to deliver the desired results.

A: Depending on weather, room temperature, ventilation and thickness of the carpet anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. Keep in mind that if you are in a hurry, or simply don’t want to wait, we have an air mover service that speeds up the drying process by up to 80%. A: We support credit cards, bank payments, checks and cash payments. You can pay us after the job is done, in fact upfront payments are discouraged as we like to make sure that we’ve done our job properly. Otherwise we prefer cash or credit cards as they are quicker and hold a lot less liability than other methods.
